If you would like to send our customer service team a message please submit a support ticket.

You will be required to fill in all of the relevant sections of the form and give a brief outline of your enquiry in the description box.  Someone will get back to you within 2 business days from Monday to Friday. You can also email us directly at support@eztestkits.zendesk.com.

Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Any tickets sent on a Friday after 17.00 GMT will receive a response on the following Monday during UK business hours from 09.00 GMT to 17.00 GMT.
