RETURNS

All returns of either unwanted, damaged or faulty goods must be confirmed by EZ Test Kits through our contact page.  Any item sent back without prior consent will be returned to you at your cost.  If a kit has arrived damaged, please let us know immediately. We may ask for it to be returned and send out a replacement where necessary. For more information or if you are unsure please contact us. Each ampoule is single use. Once used, they should be disposed of appropriately.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach EZ Test Kits.

If you would like to return the goods you have bought, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them.  They must be returned as new.  We will only refund the cost of the goods.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be damaged, you may send it back to us for a replacement. Please contact us first to let us know and to arrange the most suitable method of postage for its return. Only with damaged, faulty and incorrectly supplied goods will we cover the cost of the return postage.

Please also ensure that you have clearly read any instructions that are included in the product before returning it.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to change your order, you may do so in 7 days from purchase.  Goods must be returned as new, with a clear note stating what you would like to exchange it for.  You will be charged for the delivery of the replacements, as well as well as any extra charges incurred.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is agreed, we reserve the right to a 30 day period to return the funds, although where possible we will aim to process your refund effect immediately.
